How do I create an account?

  • Click on the “Account” button on our homepage.
  • Fill in your details, including your name, email, and a password.
  • Click “Create Account.”
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email—click the link to verify your account.
How do I log in to my account?
  • Click on the “Log In” button on our homepage.
  • Enter your email and password.
  • Click “Log In” button.
What should I do if I forget my password?
  • Click on the “Forgot Password?” link on the login page.
  • Enter your registered email address.
  • We’ll send you an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
Placing an Order
How do I place an order?
  • Browse our products by category or use the search bar to find what you need.
  • Add items to your cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button.
  • When you’re ready to check out, click on the cart icon and then “Proceed to Checkout.”
  • Review your order, enter your delivery information, and complete your payment.
Can I modify my order after it’s been placed?
  • If your order hasn’t been processed yet, you may be able to modify it by contacting our customer service team.
  • Once the order is processed, changes may not be possible.
What if an item I want is out of stock?
  • If an item is out of stock, we’ll notify you during the checkout process.
  • You can choose to be notified when the item is back in stock or select a similar product.
Delivery Information
Where do you deliver?
  • We currently deliver only in the Greater Manchester areas.
How long will my delivery take?
Delivery times vary based on your location and the availability of delivery slots. We offer three types of delivery:
  • Standard Delivery: Takes 2 to 3 days.
  • Express Delivery: Delivered within 1 day.
  • Pickup: You can choose a convenient store location for pickup.
How much does delivery cost?
The exact delivery fee will be displayed at checkout.
  • Standard Delivery: £3.50
  • Express Delivery: £1.50
  • Pickup: Free
What if I’m not home when my order arrives?
  • If you’re not home, our delivery driver may attempt to contact you or leave your order in a safe place (as specified in your delivery instructions).
  • If delivery is unsuccessful, we will contact you to arrange a redelivery.
Payments and Refunds
What payment methods do you accept?
  • We accept major credit/debit cards and digital payment options. All payments are securely processed.
How do I request a refund?
  • If you’re not satisfied with a product or received a damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery.
  • Provide your order number and details about the issue. We’ll review your request and process a refund if applicable.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
  • Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after approval and will be issued to the original payment method.

  • From there, you can update your personal information, delivery address, and payment methods.
How do I close my account?
  • If you wish to close your account, please contact our customer service team. We’ll process your request and confirm the account closure.
